The M-34 shown blasting along in the Gulf Stream off Miami, Fl, was owned and campaigned by the fiercely competitive Howard Foght of Miami, Fl. His racing success generated many sales of Morgan’s in the South Florida area. A hurricane blew Howard's M-34 high and dry up onto the seaplane ramp at Dinner Key. Undismayed, Howard, with the help of a powerboat friend clapped a line on his boat and dragged her right back into the water virtually unscathed
